Two-night minimum
Three-night minimum for major holidays: July 4, Labor Day, Christmas/New Years.
Weeknights: 95/night
Friday – Saturday: 95/night
Weekly: 500
High season (last week of June through Labor Day; weekend before Christmas through January 2)
Weeknights: 90/night
Friday – Saturday: 100/night
Weekly: 600
Off-season (November to weekend before Christmas)
All nights: 75
Weekly: 400
Additional: 25 cleaning fee and 4% local occupancy tax.
