Weeknights: 110/night
Friday – Saturday: 135/night

Two-night minimum
Three-night minimum for major holidays: July 4, Labor Day, Christmas/New Years.

Prices are for up to two guests; 10/night for each additional person up to five guests.

High season (last week of June through Labor Day; October; eekend before Christmas through January 2)

Weeknights: 120/night
Friday – Saturday: 140/night
Weekly: 800

Off-season (November to week before Christmas)
All nights: 100
Weekly: 600

Additional: 30 cleaning fee and 4% local occupancy tax.
